What is Adventure Play at Haigh?
From mini zip wires to climbing frames, a rope bridge, large slides, seesaws, swings and even an electronic game to get your kids running around the 'hit' zones, Haigh Woodland Park's Adventure Play is packed with activities so exciting your children won't realise they're getting loads of exercise at the same time!
There's also a sandpit with a wooden climbing frame and sand diggers for your little adventurers.

The Trim Trail is a new family friendly activity area for under 12s. You'll find a range of fun play equipment, including jump along logs, overhead parallel bars, rope runs and climbing frames.
Situated down the path past the High Ropes and at the bottom of the Hall Driveway (behind the Railway Platform), this area is a great escape from the busy upper Park areas. It has new picnic benches and some open space for balls and other games.
It's also just around the corner from the 15" Miniature Railway Stop, the Model Railway ride (Sundays only) and the Bird Hide. This area is also wheelchair accessible.
Do I need to book?
No, Adventure Play is free and open 365 days a year, so come on down and have yourself a Haigh day to remember!
